1. Responsibilities
- Recognizing materials (fasteners, iron and steel materials and mechanical components) used in the automotive industry
- To carry out the entrance inspection of the above-mentioned materials in coordination with the Quality Control
- Doing material identification in the Warehouse Management System
- Coordinating material movements with Project Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Logistics Departments
- To ensure that the material movements in the closed warehouse and stock areas are followed up-to-date and accurately, to ensure the consistency of the stocks in the warehouse management system with the physical stocks.
- To ensure that the documents (dispatch notes, invoices, etc.) that are the source of all data recorded in WMS are regularly followed up and archived.
- Coordinating warehouse counts to be made at certain times
- To follow up the materials with a shelf life, to report the unusable ones to the relevant departments
- Doing material definitions in the SAP MM module
- Participating in the determination of the materials to be scrapped with the relevant Department officials and registering them
2. Qualifications and skills required
- Preferably graduated from engineering departments of universities
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word)
- Having experience in using the SAP MM module
- Guiding the stock and warehouse team and ensuring their efficient work
- Making necessary reports to the Planning Department
- Prone to teamwork, being dynamic, organized and disciplined
- Adequate command of written and spoken English
