- Responsibilities
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering of Universities or Mechanical Department of Vocational Schools, Industrial Vocational School or relevant departments of Technical High Schools;
- Experience in CNC 3/4/5 axis and/or multi-axis vertical machining centers,
- Preferably, someone who is good at using NX CAM or one of the other CAM programs and who has detailed operation skills.
- can create plans,
- Proficiency in at least one of Siemens/Heideinhein/Fanuc/Mitsubishi/Fidia control software,
- Knowledgeable about machine tools and tooling,
- Preferably knowledgeable in subjects such as tool clamping and piece clamping on the bench,
- Proficient in geometric tolerancing issues,
- Be able to read CMM reports,
- Aiming for long-term work,
- Not related to military service,
- Ability to work in teams and have strong communication skills,
- Adapting to flexible working hours,
- Preferably with experience in the automotive industry and mold industry,
- Qualifications and skills required
- Preparation of glass programs for parts and projects to be processed on CNC Lathe and Milling machines,
- Archiving of approved Cam files on ERP,
- Selecting the tools to be used in processing,
- Prepare the list of tools to be used by the machine and provide it to the operators,
- Inform machine operators about the tying procedures they should pay attention to during tying,
- If a problem is detected in the part’s dimensions during part measurements, the program will correct the setting,
- After the preparation of the CAM, it will accompany the initial manufacturing process.
